Speaker: Joshua Wroten

Josh grew up in the East Bay (San Leandro and Newark). He is a pastor’s kid. He married his high school sweetheart, Cecil, and is still madly in love after 18 years of marriage. He has two incredible kids, Alanna (14) and Ethan (12). His education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity Baptist College, a Master of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently working on his Doctor of Ministry degree at Phoenix Seminary. After graduating from college in 2002, Josh and Cecil returned to the Bay Area as church planters. He is the Lead Pastor at Grace Church in Fremont where he and his wife partner in ministry through teaching, discipleship, and leadership. God has graciously allowed Grace Church to become rich in ethnic diversity and become a place of true spiritual transformation. He is also the Director of Church Planting for Next Generation Churches of Northern California.

Worship: David Wheeler
David serves as the lead pastor at Sonora Community Church. He volunteers in his community by coaching and serving on the Board of Directors and for his local Little League. Previously, he worked as the Short-term Missions Coordinator for Foursquare Missions International. David and his wife, Denise, served in the United Kingdom as missionaries in 2004-2005. Before that time, he was the Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at Santa Maria Foursquare Church, located in the Central Coast of California. David enjoys fishing with his fly rod, which has made all the trout in Tuolumne County a little bit safer (we are aware of this Foursquare association but it most likely wouldn't impact the theology in the music and if it does, we'll talk about it as men can and do - Paul).
